World Vision dishes out 200 goats

By NATION REPORTER WO RLD Vision Zambia (WV Z) has distribute­d 20 goats to villagers in Chief Hamaundu’s chiefdom of Pemba to engage them in small-scale livestock rearing to improve their livelihood­s.

He commended WVZ for enJaJinJ farmers in small scale liYestock rearinJ as the Yenture would Jo a lonJ wa\ in enablinJ farmers send their children to school and imSroYe their welfare.

+e said that Joats were a walkinJ saYinJs bank account and were in demand on both domestic and internatio­nal markets
