Lafarge commits to junior golf

LAFARGE Zambia chief e ecuti e officer, immy han, has reaffirmed his company’s commitment to promoting golf through the Chilanga unior olf cademy.

han said that afarge decided to in est in the Chilanga unior olf cademy because it would be used to identify and nurture upcoming golfers from Chilanga.

eanwhile, Zambian golfer, atric wendapole, who is Chilanga unior olf cademy head coach, hailed afarge Zambia for pledging to support the sport.

wendapole said that the clubs donated by afarge would help young golfers at the academy realise their dream of becoming great golfers.

Zambia olf nion Z ice president, Christophe­r ulenga, urged the corporate world to emulate afarge and support the de elopment of golf in the country.
