Mr Nundwe said the provincial administration was well placed to contribute effectively to the five pillars of the 7NDP as it represented all sectors of the economy.
He was speaking during the official opening of the balanced scorecard development workshop at the Levy Mwanawasa stadium in Ndola.
He said the process of contributing to all the 7NDP sectors required a lot of commitment and hard work from all members of staff.
He said all members of staff had been directed to cooperate with facilitators from Management Development Division (MDD) .
Mr Nundwe added that all ministries, provinces and spending agencies (MPSAS) were directed to develop balanced scorecards as a matter of urgency.
He noted that the balanced scorecard was a strategic planning and management system that organizations use in their expectations in terms of what they wished to accomplish.
The balanced scorecards aligns the day-to-day work that everyone is doing with strategy and prioritizes projects, products, services and monitoring progress towards strategic targets," he said.
He said once developed, an implementation plan would be developed and thereafter the balanced scorecard would be cascaded to the departmental and individual levels.

Kaonga had told the court

Mr Nundwe urged the people to change their attitude towards work and position themselves to the public service to meet the current and future needs of the citizens.

that his cousin mocked him that it was good that his father had died without leaving him any property for him.
The convict said this infuriated him.
Details were that on July 7 this year, Kaonga did wilfully and unlawfully damage six window panes valued at K300 on a property belonging to Monica Kaonga, his aunty.
In count two, Kaonga assaulted Miriam Koanga,
his cousin, thereby occasioning her actual bodily harm.
The court heard that when Kaonga arrived at home, he knocked heavily on the door and alarmed the family mambers.
When Miriam went to check, she found Kaonga at the door in a drunken state.
He then started throwing bottles and in the process hit Miriam and was immediately reported to the police who later apprehended him.
