NDC ON WRONG POLITICAL PATH, SAYS KAMBA

- By BENNIE MUNDANDO

THE NDC has become a “bunch of misguided liars” because Chishimba Kambwili thinks he will get a political turnaround by misleading the nation, Kennedy Kamba has charged. name-calling, and insults but warned that they were courting destruction because Zambians were not interested in such politics.

“In his mind, he thinks he can hoodwink Zambians to rise against the duly-elected President by spreading falsehood. To show that he is a misguided individual, his lies that the Bangweulu regional hospital will cost US$154 million have exposed and caught up with him.

“He wants to be like Michael Sata but Sata was well-informed and that is what kept those serving in the MMD Government on their toes because they knew he was well-informed unlike Mr. Kambwili who is feasting on a raw data of misinformation,” Mr. Kamba said.

He said it was clear that Mr. Kamba the NDC and its supporters had nothing to offer Zambians and where trying to rally on the ruling party’s perceived lapses to attain cheap political mileage.

He said despite Mr. Kambwili parroting the corruption song against those in Government, it was him who was frequenting courts to answer to corruption charges and that the best he could do was to concentrate on his court cases.

“The false allegations of corruption are well-known by the people that they are only aimed at tarnishing the image of Government. They know that Mr. Kambwili, who is talking about corruption in Government, is the one frequenting courts over corruption allegations levelled against him.

“Our advice to him is that he must concentrate on his court cases and allow Government to work. His preoccupation should be to clear his name over these cases,” he said.

He said the PF would not be distracted by

Mr. Kambwili and his supporters but will deliver development across the country according to its 2016 campaign message as it sought another mandate in 2021.

“Zambians must believe in and support President Edgar Lungu so that he can deliver as he has continued doing so by ensuring that development reaches all corners of the country by not only rolling out developmental projects, but monitoring them to ensure that they are done accordingly,” he said.
