Barclays wins accolades
BARCLAYS Bank Zambia PLC has been named the 2019 Best Retail Bank and Best Corporate Bank by International Business Magazine.
International Business Magazine is a pioneer

The magazine has also named Barclays Zambia managing director, Mizinga Melu, 2019 Banking Chief
Executive Officer of the year.
Additionally, the bank had also been announced winner of the 2019 Customer Experience Organization of the Year award by the Zambia Chartered Institute of
Customer Management.
Ms Melu said the development was yet another
confirmation of the company’s
commitment to delivering exceptional customer service across all our products and services.
“As we transition from Barclays to Absa, we remain intensely focused on serving our customers with best in class service and we will continue to put our customers and clients at the centre of everything we do, as this forms the foundation of how we operate on a daily basis,” Ms Melu said.

Maliki added.
