Puncherello Chama:

Hmm.... If you are a football fan you can’t talk about falling football standards. As we speak there are over 60 companies sponsoring a football club in some form in the country. This is more than most countries in Africa including Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya.

Over K200 million has come into Zambian football over the last two seasons. Your speech on dwindling poor standards lacks substance and you have approached it from a fan’s point of view. Zambia has won all Cosafa tournaments this year and the Zambian league is ranked seventh in Africa with a total viewership of 500, 000 according to the league body.

If Zambian football is doing badly why hasn’t Supersport pulled out like they did in Zimbabwe, Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda and Ghana? If you said the senior national team is doing badly then you are 100 percent correct. Don’t say Zambian football.

Patrick Chinengu Luneta:

They should have exhausted the available channels within. I am sure there are many ways in an event Government was blocking communication.... Reporting to FIFA is indeed in bad light

Moses Matanda: Wisewords Doc. The Kamanga-led FAZ is rotten. Our football standards have drastically fallen under the rotten Kamanga administration. Bola naibwelela panuma sana. And you can’t the bite finger that feeds you. I support Government on this one. We must improve our soccer playing standards.

Mwiya Wa Lubinda Mwendende:

The Sports Minister has a different agenda which he is pursuing against Kamanga. Kalusha had enemies but worked with support of GRZ including appointing coaches (and picking). What we see is the opposite, Kamanga could not be congratulated for anything but let’s give him enough rope to hang himself.

Tackett Kafwanka:

Spot on Doc, FAZ has a responsibility to Government and all Zambians. Before reporting to FIFA they need to manage football with key stakeholders involved in key processes that have impact on the national team.

Kamanga is not a king to play absolute monarch over everyone and his childish moves of reporting to FIFA before any attempt to manage strategic relationships is a sign of poor leadership.

Collins Mwenya:

If you have followed the happenings at Football House keenly, you will agree that FAZ made the right decision to go to FIFA.

Cocot Mp:

FAZ currently is a cry baby! Zambia is bigger than FAZ and FIFA put together. This crop of administrators is the worst. At FAZ labour turnover is high, the institution is failing to meet its contractual obligations let alone winning games.

Wellington Mambwe:

Since all pro “current party in power” wants to frustrate the current FAZ, we the soccer fans will translate well this game of wako ni wako even in 2021. That guy who missed a penalty all because he campaigned for the party bene Mule wants to fight FAZ at our expense... We’re watching... Ekaivotela Luwine!

Justine Ngosa:

As if we can withstand the wrath from FIFA. Stronger and more powerful nations have bowed and conformed to FIFA statutes. I don’t know where that puts my country.

Taylor TK Katunga:

But why is Mule first he rejected the coach FAZ selected, ordered for another selection and now FAZ have done it again he expresses ignorance. So what then is his interest? That to me constitutes meddling. FAZ did just fine, leave politics out of sports if he has a sport he love himself let him stick to body building at least be can have a gym in his bedroom. Leave us to enjoy football.

Emmanuel Ngosa Mulenga:

They sent a malicious letter to FIFA on the16th and sent another letter to the Ministry of Sports on the 22nd and you expect them to get a good response. Someone reports you to the police today and five days later comes to ask for your assistance. Can you really entertain them?
