A Zambian woman complains

www.thezambiansun.com about racism in the Netherlands. The following are the comments from readers:

Reason why people never speak up, she’s already being victimised for it. Speak gal, speak. Don’t quit. It’s not gonna be easy, the Dutch support each other and want to be seen as liberal and accommodating. They will sure want to just shut you up as an aggressive black gal.

Judie Lembela exactly... If someone isn’t vocal in Netherlands, depression will kick in.

My dear, you can t fight a system in a whole country alone...it can’t work and I am speaking realistically... the best you can do for yourself is just come bac home. ou can t fight the utch system either and you can’t say all Dutch people in Holland are racially discriminating. I have lived among them some are not so how you are handling this isn’t how you should that’s just my opinion.

Mama just come back, at least here we have a huge sense of humour, We even turn serious issues into jokes just to mitigate the suffering we go through

The Dutch representative here in Roma could not be reached through the main office as it was was closed. e can still send a petition so that we help our sister.

Martin Banda please ensure you do.

Favour Mwansa Bwembya:

Banda please sir, do so.

Martin

Walima Mwelwa Please do let’s help a sister.

Come back to your home. This thing has been going on for a decade and you are not the first or the last to pass through, but anyway I wish you the justice that you are seeking. I feel your pain

Truly you have been traumatised and physiologically abused, no wonder today you’ve decided to come out in the open, continue with your fighting spirit and I assure you that you will save the voiceless that are going through a similar situation.

Matildah Zimba:

Dear Editor,

THE panic mode in which UPND president Hakainde Hichilema is speaks

volumes about what he definitely knows

about gassing and now thinks security agencies have come to discover. Mr Hichilema is scared of what he knows. He is gripped by fear.

Mr Hichilema accused the State of being behind the gassing activities and claimed that he was being targeted. Different stakeholders challenged him to provide evidence about state involvement otherwise he was committing the offence of sedition, inciting Zambians to rise up against the State.

UPND’s threats about Armageddon and justifying violence as self defence is what triggered what we are witnessing today.

UPND started the violence which they call Armageddon which includes “Mapatizya formula,” sponsored gassing and orchestrated mob criminality. It is shocking that after starting violence, UPND now wants to talk peace.

During his interview on Prime TV, Mr Hichilema strangely equated Zambia to South Sudan.

In his usual coded language, he now seeks peace by encouraging dialogue between the government and the perpetrators of violence, between Government and terrorists.

Listening to his interview on Sunday night, it was evident that Mr Hichilema spoke in coded language about genocide and justifying how Al Shabaab started.

He laboured to justify why gassing activities must lead to dialogue between overnment and his party. ho ustifies l Shabaab unless it is an admission?

Mr Hichilema’s interview with Prime TV was a clear declaration of war against the people until they agree to give him authority to participate in government through a process of dialogue. It is clear that he cannot wait for elections. He would rather have it his way or no other way!

We encourage the investigative wings not to fall for Mr Hichilema’s blackmail. He is definitely scared about something. et him tell the Zambian people what it is. Let him tell Zambians what he knows about the coordinated gassing activities and violence in different parts of the country.
