HH ready to set Zambia on fire – PF

- By AARON CHIYANZO

HAKAINDE Hichilema is ready to set Zambia on fire just for him to become republican President as attested by his statements calling for civil disobedience and uprising, the Patriotic Front in Muchinga Province have observed.

PF provincial chairman, Alex Simuwelu said the UPND president would rather have a Zambia in ashes than a peaceful and united nation where citizens live as one.

Mr Simuwelu said in a statement that Mr Hichilema had been inciting youths to defy the police and to rise and protest against Government which he said was a recipe for shedding blood.

“We have also observed that UPND international campaign agents who we shall be naming and exposing very soon are puppets of regime change who are bent on creating enmity and shed blood to install their stooge as President

“Mr Hichilema has been inciting youths to defy the police and to rise and protest against Government. Mr Hichilema is banking on civil unrest in Zambia and must be condemned by all Zambians,” he said.

Mr Simuwelu said there was no doubt that the UPND leadership with their sponsors were using ‘bloody money’ to fan civil unrest among youths.

“We are calling on the people of Zambia to reject Mr Hichilema's desperate politics. He has been scheming for years to enter State House in the same manner he usurped leadership of UPND in 2006; through divisive deceit and opportunistic anarchy,” said Mr Simuwelu.

Mr Simuwelu said Mr Hichilema should be the last person to speak about “Freedom of Expression” and “Good Governance” as he killed the referendum on the Bill of Rights which would have given Zambians far and better rights.
