Kambwili who

is facing charges of forgery, uttering a false document and giving false information to a public officer says he has no confidence in the Judiciary.

Earlier, Kambwili gave unsworn evidence which meant that the prosecutors could not cross examine him.

Carol, Kambwli’s wife was also at pains to explain to the court how her son became a director in Mwamona Engineering when he was only eight years old at the time of its incorporation in 2001.

Mr Kambwili said courts of law have become his permanent home and workplace as he has always before one court or another answering to some charges.

The opposition leader was contributing to a Radio Phoenix FM morning show monitored by Daily Nation,

He accused the Government of using the judiciary to fix political opponent so as to have an advantage in the coming polls.

“Even now as I’m speaking, I’m on my way to court to appear before some Magistrates, including those that have being challenged before the court for failing to declare interest in my cases,” he said.

And Kambwili has called for unity of purpose among the opposition political parties in the country ahead of the crucial 2021 general election.

He said the opposition parties cannot win next year's election unless they agree to field a single presidential candidate.

Mr Kambwili said there was also need for the opposition to come up with a single manifesto if they have to mange to boot out the PF from power.
