Help explain Bill 10, Lungu asks traditional leaders
PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu has appealed to traditional leaders to help explain the constitutional amendment bill no 10 to the Zambian people.
And the President has urged the traditional leadership to join hands in denouncing political violence as 2021 elections draw nearer.
President Lungu said it was gratifying that traditional leaders understand bill 10 better than some members of Parliament.

He explained that currently it was difficult for the Electoral Commission of Zambia to create more constituencies because that can only be
done through a constitutional amendment.
