Why Africa has to remain poor for the benefit of the West

They sit to plan to make us poor, they accuse us of being responsible for our poverty and instability which they purposefully create, they ensure that the value of our raw this boilmaterials remain low and actively hinder any attempts to add value or seek benefits from our raw materials.
