BILL 10 VOTE HACKED?
Mr Ngulube said the three PF MPs were present and there was no way they could have absconded from voting.
"Investigations are going on at Parliament because we highly suspect that the system was manipulated. The three PF MPs alleged not to have voted were present and there is a special case for Mwasabombwe although he was present and voted on one list it's showing that he was present and voted while on the other list it's showing that he was not present," Mr Ngulube said.
Mr Ngulube said for Chifubu MP Frank Ng'ambi the system shows that he was not present and did not vote when he was present.
"For Kamfisa the system is showing that he was not present and did not vote when in fact he was present," he said.
He said the system has had issues in the past citing an incident in which the vice President Inonge was quoted to have voted for UPND motion.
"There was a time we were voting against the PF motion and the system showed that the Vice President madam Inonge Wina had voted with the UPND when in fact not," he said.
Mr Ngulube said it is highly suspected that the UPND may have used their agents at Parliament to manipulate the system.
Meanwhile, Mr Ngulube has defended the three Members of Parliament alleged not to have voted resulting into falling off of Bill 10.
"It is not possible that the three honourable Members of Parliament could betray the party. If you look at Chifubu MP he has been one of the few that have been in forefront of advocating for the bill to go through," Mr Ngulube said.
He said it was possible the UPND could have manipulated the system to shoot down bill 10.
