GIVE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES TO PEOPLE WHO CAN HELP GROW THE PARTY PF

- MAXWELL CHONGU PF DIE HARD

Dear editor,

The ANC of South Africa and ZanuPF of Zimbabwe has a proper system in place to ensure that the Party structures from the top organ to the lowest organ are well supported and financed by making available both Employment and Business opportunities making them extremely strong on the ground.

I have noted with great concern and fear that as a Party PF we are not taking advantage of certain clauses in our own PF Constitution that are meant to equip our party structures and sympathizers with economic freedom as a result our PARTY PF is becoming weak on the ground. EFF Leader Julius Malema once said and I quote " Political Freedom without Economical Freedom is USELESS " end of quote.

The true answer to current problems between the PARTY PF STRUCTURES countrywide and THE NATIONAL MOBILIZATION TEAM is to make our party structures access both Business and Employment opportunities.

Heads of parastatals and similar institutions of mass gathering must familiarize themselves with the PF constitution at all times to ensure that no one drifts away from the PARTY PF pro poor manifesto meant to improve the WELFARE of the Nation and it's CITIZENRY.

It's painful to see that our own PARTY PF STRUCTURES are left out when it comes to enjoying both Employment and Business opportunities in preference of people that do not understand our pro poor manifesto above all do nothing to help grow the PARTY PF on the ground.

Honestly what message of Hope in terms of Economical Freedom do we expect our PARTY OFFICIALS to take to the people on the ground if themselves are languishing in abject poverty or living slightly above the poverty line.

Let me take this opportunity to thank the following ministers for their relentless efforts in ensuring that our PARTY PF structures are Empowered.

1.. Hon. Jean Kapata

2.. Hon. Dr. Chitalu Chilufya 3.. Hon. Prof Nkandu Luo

4.. Hon. Bowman Lusambo 5.. Hon. Kampamba Mulenga 6.. Hon. Steven Kampyongo 7.. Hon. Vincent Mwale

8.. Hon. Emmanuel Mulenga 9.. Hon. Micheal Katambo 10.. Hon. Joseph Malanji

11.. Hon. Brian Mundubile

I want to make my humble submission to the party hierarchy to consider tapping into some of the ideas from our youths meant to empower the party PF structures countrywide in the best interest of the PARTY PF and President Edgar Chagwa Lungu. Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, Heads of parastatals, Directors, Procurement and human resources managers must never negotiate with ARTICLE 3 in our party constitution lest they want to champion a different agenda from our pro poor manifesto as a PARTY PF. The late President Micheal Chilufya Sata (mhsriep) the founding father of PF frequently used to say and i quote " Ichikalika pansanka musumba wa bwali " end of quote.

We don't expect our PARTY PF to be attractive and strong on the ground if our party structures and sympathizers can not access economical freedom, that's like trying hard to build Castles in the air.

The situation on the ground is sad because most of our party structures are in vast districts which makes it extremely difficult for our PARTY OFFICIALS to organize the party using their own hard earned little resources.

The Party PF must urgently come up with a system on how our party structures countrywide can be empowered in the last remaining few months before elections if truly we want to see the

PARTY PF grow in numbers.
