INVITATION FOR BIDS

RDA/ NCS/ONB/001/21: TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE ROAD DEVELOPMENT AGENCY HEADQUARTERS AND ALL REGIONAL OFFICES IN ZAMBIA ON A THREE (3NO.) RUNNING CONTRACT BASIS

The Road Development Agency (RDA) in its 2021 AWP set aside funds for eligible payments towards the Provision of Security Services for the Road Development Agency Headquarters and all Regional Offices in Zambia on a three (3) Year Running Contract Basis.

The Road Development Agency (RDA) now invites bids from eligible bidders to submit bids for the Provision of Security Services for the Road Development Agency Headquarters and all Regional Offices in Zambia on a three (3) Year Running Contract Basis.

Bidding will be conducted through open national bidding (ONB) procedures in accordance with the Public Procurement Act No.12 of 2008. Bidders may obtain further information from RDA, Procurement Department and inspect the bidding document at the address given below from 08:30 to 16:30 hours during working days.

Interested eligible bidders may purchase the solicitation document from the RDA offices at the corner of Government and Fairley Roads in Ridgeway, Plot No 33, Lusaka for a total non-refundable fee of K1,000.00 or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate in cash or bank certified cheque.

Sealed bids clearly marked “Provision of Security Services for the Road Development Agency Headquarters and all Regional Offices in Zambia on a three (3) Year Running Contract Basis.” Bids must be deposited in the tender box situated at the Road Development Agency, Plot 33, corner of Government and Fairley roads, Ridgeway, Lusaka on or Friday 9th April 2021 at 10:30 hours. HOWEVER, LATE AND ELECTRONICALLY SUBMITTED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on Friday 9th April 2021 at 10:30 hours in the Road Development Agency Conference Room on Plot 33, corner of Government and Fairley roads, Ridgeway, Lusaka.
