- By GRACE CHAILE LESOETSA

A LEGAL fray over the estate of murdered business executive, Reeves Malambo, has erupted with widow, Ngoza, suing her step daughter, Sarah, who is the signatory to the five companies left by the father to pay more than K300,000 school fees for her two siblings.

Ms Ngoza Sinkolongo Malam bo suing in her capacity as one of the administrators and a mother of the two children claims that Ms Sarah Nkombo Malambo who is a beneficiary and signa tory of the following campaigns: SparePro, Autoforce, Shaftex , Jersey-Mall and Home mark has stopped to sign for the other beneficiaries.

She said the named school has since ordered the removal of her children from school due to non-payment of K322,038.13 as annual fees.

Ms Ngoza therefore, wants the Lusaka High Court to order Ms Sarah, being a signatory to the companies to pay the said amount.

She also seeks a declaration that she and the children are giv en an upkeep.

And that Ms Sarah should bear any damages suffered by her two siblings as a result of the failure to pay for school fees.

Ms Ngoza stated that from inception, all beneficiaries of her late husband's estates have been drawing their upkeep and school fees from the companies account until Ms Sarah complet ed her studies and being the signatory decided to stop signing for other beneficiaries.

She stated that Ms Sarah has also willfully been depriving her and other beneficiaries of their entitlements under the estate of the deceased family trust, which holds 95 percent shares in Aut oforce, Shaftex and Jersey-Mall, a decision so detrimental and prejudicial to the beneficiaries of the named companies.

Ms Ngoza said the step daugh ter signed for herself school fees from the named companies' account without resolutions with the executor of the Reeves Malambo Family Trust .

And that Ms Sarah also bought air tickets and made unknown money transfers from the com pany account to her personal account.
