Mr Hichilema said he had a long conversation with the minister to find out why the procurement of drugs was taking so long, the drugs which they negotiated for from Egypt.
He said some people were sitting on the procurement of drugs because their friend would miss out whilst people were complaining of drug shortages.
“One year down the road people are still complain, what do you think is going through my mind I hear that there was a meeting at cabinet, this one pulling in this direction and the other one the other and I hear that the arguments has continued”
