Atlas Mara promotes growth of SMEs
ATLAS Mara Head of Business Banking and Small and Medium Enterprises Robinson Daka has urged Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (SMEs) to position their businesses for growth by managing their working capital and create resilience to business shocks
Mr Daka said Atlas Mara through its Copperbelt Business Club will give relevant support and knowledge to SMEs so that they were in a position to grow their businesses and resist businesses shocks that they may encounter
Mr Daka said in an interview during the SMEs Business Club workshop at Garden Court Hotel in Kitwe that Atlas Mara cares for SMEs and so would continue to support them in various ways so that they could contribute to job creation, poverty alleviation and food security
"One of the ideas of the Copperbelt Business Club is to sharpen the business skill of SMEs and once they sharpen their business skills, they will be able to position their businesses for growth and also create resilient to business shocks.”
"If SMEs run their business well, they will develop and be able to contribute to economic recovery, poverty alleviation and job creation.
Atlas Mara cares for SMEs and so it will continue to support them in various ways so that they can contribute to job creation, poverty alleviation and food security,'' Mr Daka said
