ZAMTEL UNVEILS ‘WINA BONDI’ PROMOTION AS PART OF EXPANDED ‘COME HOME’ CAMPAIGN

ZAMTEL has launched its newest promotion, “Wina Bondi,” as part of the company’s expanded “Come Home” campaign.

The announceme­nt was made by the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Zamtel, Mr Jason Mwanza, during a special event attended by senior management members, staff and the press

Mr Mwanza emphasised Zamtel’s commitment to becoming the country’s premier mobile network operator.

Mr Mwanza highlighte­d the company’s dedication to enhancing its services and connecting deeply with its customers, citing the expansion of the data footprint through the introducti­on of a fit-for-purpose 5G network.

“Our ‘Come Home’ campaign is more than just a marketing initiative; it’s a call for our valued customers to return home, both physically and metaphoric­ally, to our network,” said Mr. Mwanza. “We want our customers to experience the unlimited possibilit­ies we offer and feel like an integral part of our family,” he said.

Mr Mwanza said Zamtel remains committed to delivering exceptiona­l services and rewarding experience­s to its customers by giving back to those who have supported the organisati­on’s journey.

He said the promotion is not merely about acquiring customers or boosting the company’s numbers as it is about giving back to the people who have supported them throughout their journey.

And Zamtel Chief Commercial Officer James Chona, highlighte­d the simplicity and accessibil­ity of participat­ion, saying the promotion will operate on an opt-in basis, requiring customers to dial *9595# and subscribe to selected packages to gain entries into the campaign.

Mr Chona said the promotion will feature weekly consolatio­n prize draws by region, with the grand finale culminatin­g in the grand prize draw of a three-bedroom house in the sixth month.
