MR GROUND FBI BEATEN AGAIN

…as he accuses Mr Sampa, Anthony Mumba, Ng’ona, Sunday Chanda, Davis Chama, Chabinga of working to form an alliance with the UPND ahead of the 2026 general elections

- By NATION REPORTER

VICTOR Kapungwe alias Mr Ground has accused expelled Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa of having intentions to go into an alliance with the governing UPND ahead of the 2026 general election.

But Mr Sampa has denied the allegations describing them as childish propaganda not worth his response.

Mr Kapungwe said in an unsolicited interview that Mr Sampa and four others, including a Mr Morgan Ng’ona, Robert Chabinga, the suspended Mafinga PF MP, Anthony Mumba, Sunday Chanda and Davis Chama were working with him (Kapungwe) on the plan to get into an alliance with the UPND as the country nears the elections.

“I have evidence of the UPND master plan to go into an alliance with Miles Sampa. They told me and promised me a job of a District Commissioner,” Mr Kapungwe said.

Meanwhile, Mr Kapungwe also claimed that he was beaten by unknown political thugs he claimed were allegedly hired and sent by Mr Sampa and that his testicles were in pain.

He said the thugs who attacked and beat him also got away with his phone and documents which contained evidence he wanted to present in a court of law that Mr Sampa conducted an illegal convention.

“They want to tamper with the evidence which I am currently keeping pertaining to what happened at Mulungushi International Conference Centre that it was a UPND sponsored convention and Zambians must not tolerate such illegality,” Mr Kapungwe said.

He also alleged that the UPND was working at annihilating the PF and kill democracy in Zambia and that Mr Sampa had been chosen and his cohorts to do the dirty job.

But Mr Sampa when contacted over the allegations denied ever working with the UPND, claiming that he was born PF and would remain so whether anyone liked it or not.

“I am current PF President and Ng’ona current PF Secretary General, then Chabinga current PF leader of Opposition and Anthony Mumba current PF Chief Whip. They all should enroll in counselling classes to teach them how to come to terms with reality and how to quickly move from living in denial,” he said.
