Rusike eyes move to Yadah

- Rusike for Yadah

TAFADZWA Rusike who was recently fired from Caps United on allegations of fraud, is now angling for a move to Walter Magaya’s Yadah FC. “Fire” has been training with Yadah since the beginning of the week.

He participated in two training sessions held on Thursday and could be seen joking with Magaya who took charge of one of the training sessions.

“Tafadzwa Rusike has been with us for the better of the week and talks are ongoing with the Prophet (Magaya) over a possible move next season,” a source told SportsZone.

Yadah FC coach Thomas Ruzive said Rusike was training to keep fit and nothing else.

Caps United barred Rusike from attending their training sessions in September until the end of the year as a disciplinary measure.

United were unhappy that the midfielder misrepresented the club by going to acquire a top-ofthe-range vehicle when he had been asked to get a car that suited the amount the club had set aside for that.

The vehicle which Rusike acquired, a silver Mercedes Benz E-Class, was more than four times the amount the club had set aside for him. Another former Caps United player Oscar Machapa is also training with Yadah FC who are now home to another ex-Makepekepe player Dennis Dauda.

Yadah FC are preparing for Sunday’s Chibuku Super Cup quarterfinal against Bulawayo City at Barbourfields.— sportszone.
