RESPONSE to “Truckers block Beitbridge Border Post”: We should be making efforts to ensure clearing of goods is more transparent and quicker to reduce any hindrances to the smooth flow of traffic. There are many innovative technologies and systems that can be implemented to deal with clearance in the shortest possible time. THERE are numerous things happening in our country Zimbabwe that really baffle me. You read a Whatsapp message around 1800 hrs announcing “cooking oil crisis” and for sure the following morning you will find no cooking oil in shops. Who is the captain of this ship of confusion in our land? Our economy is tittering already and someone in the comfort of his bed is scheming ways to completely push Zimbabwe into oblivion. Let us stand strongly against anything that destroys our economy more and more. To me it is preposterous because you cannot prove a point by making people lack basic commodities, that is what I call self-defeating. — Afiki Mbiya

I think you need proper feedback from your ground officials so you can take appropriate action. Currently people are being frustrated by your people. — WILSON
