THE Ministry of Justice, Legal and Parliament­ary Affairs was created to provide and facilitate effective and efficient machinery capable of providing legal services to Government, its allied institutio­ns and the general public which also include the incarcerat­ion and rehabilita­tion of offenders.

MISSION To uphold, develop and provide accessible, efficient and effective justice delivery.

MANDATE To provide and ensure effective and efficient justice delivery.
