“DO not be afraid of their faces, For I am with you to deliver you,” says the Lord.

Sometimes in our lives we are involved in all manner of fights with our friends, family, and workmates. These fights can seem so unjustified that they leave you in despair, wondering where the spirit of conflict is coming from. At times we feel totally defeated at the prospect of this never ending and senseless conflict, and in desperation we cry out to the LORD seeking reassurance, strength and comfort.

When we try to understand the circumstances around the conflict, we are left feeling confused, drained, and depressed. Nothing can be more difficult than to try and understand insanity, at times it can get to a point where you feel you just don’t want to continue.

Through it all, the LORD remains faithful and He has promised those that belong to Him that He will not allow for defeat and discomfort to prevail. His promises are unwavering, He will deliver you from this place you find yourself in.

Nothing can be more reassuring than to hold on to the hem of His garment and seek to cross over to something better than the present. You shall not be defeated, you shall overcome and through His blood, your victory is guaranteed. Though they may fight you, they shall not prevail.
