Liquor Hub in celebrations
WHOLESALE Centre Liquor Hub, a retail enterprise owned by Bulawayo business mogul, Mr Raj Modi, is celebrating its third anniversary in style this Easter, offering a variety of specials to its customers.
Liquor Hub Marketing Manager Mr Stanford Mazura said the store, which opened in February 2015, will have Easter promotion as a way of giving back to its loyal customers.
He called on consumers to shop at Liquor Hub, describing it as the cheapest in the city.
“We are having an Easter special this year, and I want to say to our customers during the period can they come and shop with us and at the same time we will be celebrating our three years anniversary. We have a number of specials during this period,” said Mr Mazura.
He said during the holidays, the store will be closed very late to allow everyone from different walks of life to shop at a convenient time.
Mr Mazura said the wholesale started as a beverage outlet in 2015 but has grown tremendously over the years into a sought after one stop shop due to its affordable prices.
“We started off as retail mainly into liquor beverages and then a year later we expanded into grocery to offer all the groceries and liquor so that it offers a one-stop shopping environment. Now it’s three years and we have realised significant growth. We are offering the best, and there’s no one wherever you are who doesn’t know Liquor Hub”, said Mr Mazura
Liquor Hub, which is located at No 58 Fife Street, between 4th and 5th Avenues has a staff complement of over 100 workers.
The enterprise is rapidly growing with contract workers also engaged to improve service delivery.
Liquor Hub is a loyal customer of local liquor producers such as Delta Beverages and African Distillers (Afdis) Limited who supply them with the locally manufactured beverages.
The establishment also ventured into water purification and liquor bottling of their own water and liquor.
Liquor Hub is involved in various corporate social responsibility programmes and supports sport through holding the annual Liquor Hub 10km and 5km Charity Walk and sponsoring the Southern Region Soccer Stars Awards. — @Princenkosy102.
