RESPONSE to “Editorial Comment: Trump, Kim show the way”. Cooperation and peace are the only way to move forward, the civilised way. President Mnangagwa welcoming Chinese delegation and improving trade routes with other countries is what we need the most now. — Mr Kangwa.

RESPONSE to “MDC Alliance ‘vultures’ angle for Chamisa’s election loss”. Eye opener there. Soon after elections Chamisa won’t be able to stand, that will be the end of his political career. But since he has other qualifications, he will survive. What I know is after five years there won’t be any Chamisa to talk about, learning from other opposition leaders. The more you fail to convince the faster your glory fades, that is politics. If I was him I would not have rushed but taken time to grow and campaign in the future, or maybe never. Zanu-PF has come back stronger and unbeatable. — Mike Mlambo. RESPONSE to “Nominations begin, alliance in disarray”. This year will be the most exciting of them all. With more than 100 parties eyeing the presidential seat, we should brace ourselves for drama. I can’t wait to get all the manifestos, it should be interesting. — Ishmael Mugove.

AFTER each day, I am left with more reasons to like the new dispensation. The opposition is doing a good job in achieving that. Every time they open their mouths I get another reason to vote for President Mnangagwa. #ED has my vote. — Jane.
