GOAL takes a look at the top five Zimbabwean players who played for Orlando Pirates ahead of their clash with FC Platinum

Tendai Ndoro (striker) The Zimbabwean marksman established himself as one of the top strikers in the PSL after joining Orlando Pirates from Mpumalanga Black Aces in 2015. He helped Bucs reach two Nedbank Cup finals where they lost to SuperSport United, before joining Saudi Arabian side Al Faisaly ahead of the 2017/18 season.

Gilbert Muzhangazhike (striker) The retired Zimbabwean frontman returned to South Africa after securing a move to Orlando Pirates in 2007 having played for Manning Rangers in the PSL in the past. He was part of the Bucs team that finished second in the league during the 2008/09 season and he left the Soweto giants in 2009 as a free agent.

Edelbert Dinha (midfielder) The former Zimbabwe international hit the ground running after joining Orlando Pirates from fellow PSL side Ajax Cape Town in 2002. Dinha, who captained Bucs, played an important role in helping the Soweto giants win the 2002/03 PSL title, before leaving the club for lower division side FC AK in 2006.

Innocent Chikoya (defender) The retired defender secured a move to Orlando Pirates from Manning Rangers in 1999. Chikoya became a key player at Pirates; playing an important role in helping the club win the BP Top Eight Cup and PSL title under Gordon Igesund. He left the Soweto giants in July 2003 after winning the 2002/03 league title.

Takesure Chinyama (striker) The retired Zimbabwean striker impressed after joining Orlando Pirates from his hometown club Dynamos in 2012.
