One encounter

Jeremiah 29 :13 “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”

Just one encounter with God, that’s all it takes to change the course of your life. He can turn everything around for you, all it takes is just one day for your life to change. A single encounter with the power of the Lord can bring light to darkness, healing to the sick, hope to the hopeless and restoration to the broken. God does not operate on human time, He can restore what the enemy stole from you in one moment.

The Bible tells the story of Saul, a man who used to persecute and annihilate Christians who had a divine encounter with God that gave him revelation and transformed his heart, his mind and the trajectory of his life forever; he became Paul, an apostle and an evangelist for Christ. Most people’s lives are a never-changing cycle of the same things; pain, hopelessness, confusion, anger, hatred, but life is not meant to be like that. You were born for something bigger and better, you have the capacity to grow and to transform.

One humble prayer and faith the size of a mustard seed has the ability to lead you into having a supernatural encounter with the Lord and experiencing the reality of His existence in such a powerful way that you become a living testimony and your life will never be the same again. You can come to Him as you are, broken, sick, full of fear or shame because of your sinful past but just one moment in His presence can wipe all that away and make you a new creation.

He will show up, He will liberate you, He will bless you, He will move mountains, He will replace your anger and bitterness with joy and you will praise Him and tell the world about Him. No matter where you have been or what you have been through, seek Him, remain expectant and believe He will show up. If He did it for Saul and other saints in the Bible, He can do it for you. He is still the same God.
