Gospel artiste denounces infidelity, domestic violence
GOSPEL artiste and preacher Apostle Paul Sambo reckons perverts are fuelling infidelity during the Covid-19 induced lockdown as well as wrecking other people’s marriages.
The 37-year-old, who continues to win hearts of many with his latest single Musandisiye, said infidelity has also worsened cases of gender-based violence in homes.
And as a prayer to end infidelity and gender-based violence during such trying times, Apostle Sambo said it was high time people seek God and work hard in life.
“We need God during such trying times as some people are now taking advantage of the poor people by dating their wives.
“There are also rich women who are also dating younger men, which has seen most marriages collapse during lockdown.
“Of course, life might be tough, but we still need to have that eternal faith in God and pray for his intervention so that we save our marriages,” he said.
Apostle Sambo said he was also shocked by the rise in cases of gender-based violence at a time when most couples are failing to make ends meet.
“I’m also one person who will always advocate for dialogue in homes no matter what because such trials will come to pass.
“As a preacher and community builder, I urge couples to seek God first and stop violence and infidelity,” he said.
Apostle Sambo, who attends United Methodist Church in Glen View, has vowed to use his influence and campaign against gender-based violence and infidelity.
Besides his latest single titled Musandisiye, Apostle Sambo boasts of two albums and a number of singles to his name.
