FEMALE CHANTER DEDICATES SONG TO JAH LOVE
DANCEHALL singer Doris “Sasha Rainbow” Patsika has dropped an emotional song titled Wayenda dedicated to the late liberation hero Soul Jah Love.
Sasha Rainbow said the song was a farewell message to the legend of freestyle.
In an interview, she said:
“The track, which was produced by Teddyprox, is a tribute to the young and talented ghetto hero Soul Jah Love.
“As young artistes who were learning from him, we feel it is an honour to have learnt a lot from him; his skill, passion and consistency are worth emulating.
“All we can do is honour him in song and preserve his works, vision and talent.” Sasha Rainbow is a versatile musician who does dancehall, conscious and other genres.
She has worked with several artistes. “I have done several tracks with different artistes and I have featured on the Zambezi riddim with a song called How Low.
“I have a track with Nutty O and Vee Chang titled All Eyes On We produced by Cashlibs.
She is currently under Zhomba Entertainment, which is helping her market her projects.
