SUMMARY Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the identification of HSE risks and mitigation measures.
Assist in the development of HSE internal systems, programmes, and standards.
Coordination of HSE training programmes and evaluation of effectiveness of trainings.
Coordinate and participate in root cause determination as well as implementation of preventive measures.
Participate in HSE Audits and inspections to ensure compliance with set standards.
Fire prevention and protection to safeguard lives and property. Participate in HSE budgeting processes and HSE budget control. Carrying out industrial occupational hygiene services to create a safe working environment for the employees.
Must have a degree in Safety, Health and Environment or equivalent.
Professional qualifications OSHMAC, SAMRAC ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001
At least three years experienced as an HSE Practitioner. "Clean class 4 driver's license is a must.

1. HSE OFFICER
The position is responsible for assisting in the coordination of HSE internal systems, programs and standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Lead Auditing and Internal Auditing.
Risk assessment, and Training coordination Inspection and accident investigation
2. PROJECTS SITE ENGINEER CIVIL (One year contract).
The position is responsible for coordination of construction site activities.
Data compilation and presentation to relevant stakeholders as directed by the Projects Manager.
Compile and maintain project progress reports.
Reviewing and align project specifications, scope of works, designs, calculations, and drawings.
Scheduling and coordinating project and engineering related activities
Monitoring and ensuring compliance to approved project specifications, applicable codes, and practices
Interfacing with consultants and contractors and interpreting their needs for the best of the company's objectives
Perform overall quality control of the project works
Create and maintain relevant project documents
Consolidate work schedules and communicating adjustments to relevant stakeholders
Providing technical advice and suggestions for project execution improvements
Qualifications
A Degree in Civil/ Structural engineering or equivalent
Professional training in civil or structural engineering.
At least five years working experience in supervision of public building construction in the civil and structural area.
A clean class 4 driver's license is a must.

3. HSE GRADUATE TRAINEE
An opportunity has arisen for University Graduates to join the HSE Traineeship Program in 2021.
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least a 2.2-degree class in Safety, Health and Environment or equivalent
