TONDERAI “Stanza” Ndiraya says his Glamour Boys don’t really need a lot of motivation when playing against Highlanders.

DeMbare travel to Barbourfields to face Bosso in their next fixture of the Castle Lager Premiership programme this coming weekend.

The two giants will meet for the second time, this year, after their Independence Cup showdown last month.

Bosso won the match 1-0.

“The mentality is what we have to work on but we may not need to really motivate these guys against Highlanders,” said Ndiraya.

“They know how big the game is, I think I have said that in my previous interviews.

“The Highlanders match is a big game, which they really look forward to every week, and we may not really be involved in terms of motivating the players.

“But, this is the league we are in, these are the games we are supposed to play.

“We just have to really be strong and go and get a result in Bulawayo.”

Dynamos sit on top of the table with 30 points while Highlanders are 14 points behind in 11th place.

Both teams are coming from drawn matches in which late goals decided the contests.

The Glamour Boys conceded a late goal, with virtually the last touch of the match, in their 1-1 home draw against Bulawayo City at the National Sports Stadium.

DeMbare appeared set for victory, after leading through their man-of-the-moment, King Nadolo, who scored for the second straight game.

However, the leaders blew a chance to score the insurance goal when they missed a penalty in the final seven minutes of the contest.

They were then made to pay for that with a late goal.

Highlanders appeared down and out, after going down 0-2 against Bulawayo Chiefs, on Sunday.

But, Adrian Silla provided the fireworks, in a late comeback for Bosso, with two late goals, in a 2-2 draw.

His equaliser came in the final minute of the match.
