AMBITIOUS Simba Bhora have so far spent more than US$200 000 in the renovation of their Wadzanai Stadium.

Simba Bhora, who will be playing in their second season in the country’s elite football league, are bankrolled by businessman Simba “Buju” Ndoro.

Club administrator, Jeremiah Kasawaya, said renovations at the facility were progressing well with their procured consignment of bucket seats arriving in the country next week, according to their schedule.

“We have put in more than US$200 000 in the construction of our Wadzanai Stadium,” said Kasawaya.

“Right now, we are 90 percent complete in terms of the work on the stadium. We are expecting the delivery of bucket seats on February 6.

“They will be installed on the VVIP and VIP sections first before we go right around the stadium. Across the VIP we are creating a terrace which is almost 70% complete.”

Last year, Simba Bhora were forced to play their home games away from Shamva.

The stadium in Shamva is being revamped to a 10 000-seater facility.

and Mthokozisi Msebe.

Also now in the Simba Bhora camp is Bulawayo bred ex Dynamos midfielder Junior Makunike and Perfect Chikwende.

They have also added to their squad, ex Warriors goalkeeper Talbert Shumba.

Former Dynamos goalkeeper Taimon Mvula and Wilson Mensah, formerly of Triangle, also joined Simba, as has Gift Saunyama, formerly of Black Rhinos and Harrison Musina from Eastern Region Division One side, Hunters.
