YADAH TARGET TOP FOUR

- Curtworth Masango

YADAH Stars believe their years of fighting relegation are over and they are looking forward to a top-four finish.

Malvin Mukiwa, Marlon Mushonga, Emmanuel Chitauro, Munashe Chingwere, and Ariel

Makopa have joined Khama Billiat at the Miracle Boys.

They already have King Nadolo, Jerry Chipangura, Junior Zindoga, Vincent Sango and Clive Mandivei at the club.

Unlike in the past, Yadah have a major boost as they are set to host their home matches at the newly-built Heart Stadium.

Yadah will be traveling to Colliery to face Hwange in their opening fixture of the season on Sunday.

They are also away in their second match and will only be back home for the third match.

Speaking to Zimpapers Sport, club chairman Everson Chatambudza said they were tired of relegation battles.

“As a club, we are tired of fighting relegation every season, and the reason why we are looking forward to having a very brilliant season is because we are at a point where we should be saying we are going to finish in the top four.

“We will be looking to utilise home advantage as we are going to be using our stadium and do all due diligence that will see us become successful.

“The stadium is being prepared to be ready and we are hopeful it’s going to be a major boost for the club,” he said.

The club appointed Thomas Ruzive as the head coach.

He has returned to the club after a stint with Black Rhinos.

The Miracles Boys were saved from relegation by veteran coach Takaendesa Jongwe but they terminated their marriage as Yadah changed their targets to try and make the top four.
