IN response to We don’t know what vaccine to buy: Govt, ERICADO TROLIP says: This is not surprising given that it is coming from Information minister Monica Mutsvangwa of the infamous Zanu PF-led government that believes diesel oozes from rocks. Government officials are not good at anything except looting. They are specialists in that department. Knowing their modus operandi, they would rather have citizens confined to their residences and use COVID-19 donations on trinkets. Given an option, the new dispensation would not actually want to buy the vaccine and spend money on citizens. It would rather use it for its leaders’ lavish lifestyles. The bottom line is our successive governments have always been clueless. What they have known best is bullying other nations into submission.

IN response to MDC veterans reject Mwonzora, DEMBE says: This is proving to be a difficult equation especially for the ruling party which thought it had annihilated the MDC Alliance for good. Douglas Mwonzora, who seized Morgan Richard Tsvangirai House (formerly Harvest House) with the assistance of State security agents is a Zanu PF proxy. Therefore, MDC Veteran Activists Association including the majority of the people see no reason to support a person who is so power hungry. Supporting Mwonzora is selling the people’s struggle in exchange for suffering. Mwonzora is aiding a regime which is known for corruption, torture, abduction and gross human rights abuses because of his desire to destroy the opposition MDC Alliance.

IN response to Sacu targets looters in govt, parastatals, ROVER says: The Special Anti-Corruption Unit (Sacu) in President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s office cannot be taken seriously as it is there to blindfold the masses. If Sacu is a serious body that fights corruption then it should have blocked Foreign Affairs and International Trade minister Frederick Shava’s appointment because of his involvement in Willowgate. Sacu is just a useless Zanu PF creation meant to fleece the taxpayers’ money. It is a toothless dog that always barks, but does not bite. We have been hearing that they have opened dockets for the big fish, but to date nobody has been prosecuted except the catch and release crusade. For how long shall we continue to watch in silence while the country’s resources continue to be plundered?
