Below are some of the condolence messages.
Masvingo CCZ
Masvingo Consumer Council of Zimbabwe regional committee, the secretariat, and stakeholders convey their utmost condolences on the untimely passing on of Siyachitema.
Her passing on has left us without an emphatic voice on consumer-related issues and her shoes are definitely too big to fill.
We do join the Siyachitema family during this extremely difficult moment bearing in mind that the last two weeks have seen the family losing three dear souls.
We will always hold onto the memories of Siyachitema’s visits to the province as well as the legacy that she left of having been one of the chief architects of the Consumer Protection Act
May her soul in eternal peace
Condolence message for Manicaland
Manicaland board, staff members, stakeholders and consumers in general are deeply saddened about the passing on of Siyachitema.
No amount of words can express the pain that we are going through. Gone too soon before you realised the enforcement of the Consumer Protection Act.

Tribute to our dear friend and colleague, Siyachitema
It is sad writing these few lines in memory of our dear friend, Siyachitema. She was an ardent pursuer of consumer rights and fought relentlessly to improve the level of consumer protection both in her country Zimbabwe and beyond.
Her resilience and sense of purpose were remarkable legacies that will continue to shape the landscape of consumer protection.
The Consumer Protection Act 2019 (Zimbabwe) which she championed will remain a cherished reference point to her credit.
We, the members of Consumer Awareness Organisation, Nigeria join our numerous colleagues and the Consumers International Team to wish Siyachitema eternal rest.
We also wish her family the fortitude to bear the loss.
