IN response to WAG advocates for safer abortion, KING ALFRED says: These so-called human rights organisations like the Women Action Group have caused the decadence of our culture and societies. Look at what is happening South Africa, where parents can no longer even ask their daughters where they have been all night. Thirteen-yearolds are being impregnated and infected with sexually transmitted diseases because of indiscipline and the so-called human rights activists. Certain things should remain in Europe and the United States where they started. We are poor, our children will be taken advantage of if these organisations are given too much freedom and power.

NHLANE MASUKU says: Such acts of satanism must be rebuked, and not promoted at the expense of innocent lives. In the first place, why did they indulge in unsafe sex if they did not want children? This must be a punishment for those who violate God’s commandments. That’s why God is angry. People are trying very hard to legalise all forms of evil. Abortion is not good. If only we could get the consent of the unborn child.

IN response to Lawyers fight police over teargas canisters, BONISANI SIBANDA says: The lawyers should leave no stone unturned in the fight against teargas canisters. Police Commissioner-General Godwin Matanga should make sure that such incidents are not repeated.

IN response to Varsities ordered to strategise for ED, CHIMBIDZIKAI CHIRUME says: Inasmuch as government is campaigning for the removal of sanctions by the United States, the same government is putting too much restrictions on its citizens, some of these restrictions are as good as sanctions. The academia must advise government to invest more time in job creation. Unfortunately, our government is preoccupied with chasing the shadow of MDC Alliance in the hope of destroying the opposition party. And it must also advise those in power to stop abusing power. The academia must advise government to reform the electoral Act to include all stakeholders.
