In response to Zanu PF reads riot act, AUGUSTINE GARANEWAKO says: The riot act needs to be read to President Emmerson Mnangagwa himself.

GEORGE CHIPARA says: We hear this every day. We also hear the President saying they have asked God to take away the Angel of peace and bring in one of war. Very confusing indeed.

In response to ZBC workers demand US$ salaries, land, PHINEAS NDLOVU says: They must suffer like everybody else. Why should they be treated differently? They deserve to be paid in bond notes as punishment for propagating and spreading Zanu PF propaganda.

COLLEN SIBANDA says: Government must pay these people handsomely. Just imagine reading news on the radio every hour, being hated by many for spewing propaganda and in the end being paid peanuts. I always feel pity for these people. What else can they do other than sing for their supper?

In response to Soda grilled over electricity crisis, MURUME WEMUNHU says: What a surprise! So that old people’s home called Senate at times grills these ministers? But what puzzles me is that with all the brilliant people we have in Zimbabwe, President Emmerson Mnangagwa chose Zhemu Soda to lead that all-important portfolio.

GEORGE CHIPARA says: Where did Zhemu Soda come from? Does he even deserve to be Energy minister? Some of these appointments are so vexing.

In response to Chicken Inn are bullies, says Slice boss, BAMAKA WEZHIRA says: I always wondered what the mandate of the Competition and Tariff Commission is. The smaller players need breathing space. We can’t have these big corporates bullying small and medium enterprises (SMEs) into extinction. It’s these smaller players who make the economy turn. When a smaller player opens an outlet, the bigger players flank the smaller while introducing some funny promotions which are outright price wars. SMEs are being suffocated. Let’s grow the economy by encouraging fairness.

TENDAI KAPONDA says: Chicken Slice founder and chief executive officer Tawanda Mutyebere is right. Almost all food outlets the world over use the colour yellow and red because of their psychological effects which draw people to want to get a bite. McDonalds uses the same, KFC only uses red, so what’s the fuss about Chicken Slice?
