Jet, SundayNews Baby of the Year competition
THE Baby of the Year competition is back with a bang — with some exciting additives this year.
The Southern Region is running its own leg with some exciting prizes in store for the winners.
The main prizes consist of cash and clothing vouchers worth $1 000 for the winning baby girl and baby boy and they will get the opportunity to be the Face of Jet Baby in 2017.
Four consolation prizes are in store and will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd runners-up. Lots of consolation prizes are available for grabs, including vests, gift sets and nappy bags.
The Baby of the Year competition has been running for several years now but this new leg with combined partnership and sponsorship from the
Sunday News and Jet stores started this year.
The reason behind this new activation is a response to our customers who have been calling out for a competition specifically for the babies in the Southern Region.
Zimpapers and Jet put their heads together and agreed to run it this year.
We are anticipating phenomenal responses — the Southern Region has always been very participative when it comes to competitions and we can’t wait to see the competition build up to more exciting levels when the parents get to request for votes from their families a n d friends in the later stages of the competition.
Competition entries can be found in all Sunday News publications weekly, which can be bought from your usual vendor or during the week from any Jet store. A successful entry to this competition is comprised of the entry form, a photo of your baby and a receipt attached with purchases of $9 and above from any Jet store. Drop your entries at any Jet store countrywide or at Sunday
News, Chronicle Building, corner 9th Avenue and George Silundika Street, Bulawayo.
As Sunday News and Jet we are excited about this competition running this year and we wish all our Southern Region babies the best as they compete to take the crown.
