Stop cutting off water supplies

HOW long will Bulawayo City Council torture residents by continuously cutting water supply? Why can’t they apply the prepaid water meter system which will stop the debt from balloning?

Some decisions need common sense, alternatively make the exercise voluntary because to be honest l do not see us residents managing to clear arrears given the prevailing economic hardship.

We need a residents-friendly method of harnessing debt like prepaid water meters. Zesa has done it, and Harare is implementing that, why not in Bulawayo?
