Satanism scares a worrying development

-

A LOT has been said about Satanism in Zimbabwe but I’m really disappointed to see that up to now there is not a single person who has so far been arrested for practising Satanism in the country.

Zimbabwe is well known as a Christian country but what is going on at the moment is totally disturbing our peace.

What is really taking place in our beautiful country? Every day we hear stories where some people can go as far as confessing on national radio and television that they are pure Satanists who have caused deaths of many innocent people in Zimbabwe.

Despite all their confessions we are getting to see a single person being arrested.

The government must intervene and punish all people who are practising Satanism in Zimbabwe. In the past we used to hear about Satanism in some church books and some bulletins but now things have changed.

Satanism should be treated like witchcraft since it involves drinking human blood and eating flesh. Zimbabweans should do like what other countries do, whoever is found engaging in the acts of Satanism should be arrested.

Satanism is not right for any country and whoever is found practising it should be brought before the courts and be given stiff sentences to deter others who might also be planning to initiate innocent people. Eddious Masundire Shumba, Nyanyadzi High Sch, Manicaland Province
