Beginning a nightmarish journey to freedom,

They tied their hands and girdle across the wilderness,

Some reached, some returned with some got fallen.

Today tears drizzle down the ridges of our cheeks,

While memories ignorance, We are empowered, we are indigenised. We now sit on the plataeu that wombs our wealth,

With fruitful Command Farming and yet to grow trading zones. Long live our Heroes, Long live sons and daughters Zimbabwe,
