Marshal Chiza seeks to maintain streak
MOTIVATIONAL author and speaker Marshal Chiza, seeks to maintain his unbeaten and perhaps unchallenged streak as the country’s youngest author, as he is set to launch his latest installation in South Africa.
The 19-year-old’s latest works, a sequel to his last book Poor Billionaire, titled Before I Become a Billionaire — Proff Ex Taught Me Lessons. The book is set to be launched in East London, South Africa on 23 September. He told Sunday Life that he got some assistance in publishing the book and ideas from a South African playboy Billionaire known as Proff Ex.
“The book mostly talks about things or rather habits people need to stop doing if ever they seek to achieve their goals. I am talking about earthly weaknesses, such as social habits, which are drinking and trying to be a person you are not, spending loads of money, which one doesn’t have. In this book I implore people to adopt a culture or system that will undoubtedly lead them to attaining success,” said Chiza.
He said many people looked down upon him saying how could he be talking about accruing wealth yet he wasn’t a billionaire himself. “. . . remember Samuel in the Bible, he taught and turned King David into a wealthy royal person before he acquired riches himself. When I talk about being a billionaire I am not talking about money only but also talking about how the mind can be enriched. I seek to unleash great success in people’s lives,” said Chiza. The book has nine chapters, which he said was symbolic to a billion. “A billion has nine zeros. I am almost a billionaire, I have all the zeros, all that I am left with is a 1. The lessons I am imparting in my books are drawn from successful people’s lives,” he said. Chiza noted that it was not easy to have authored four books at such a young age. “To have four books at just the age of 19 is not easy. It takes a lot of work and I hope that there will be other young people that will follow in my footsteps,” he said. Ch iza ’s books are: Success Billionaire, in
