GS Mhaka conducts aerobics marathon workout at Body Works Gym

ONE of the country’s profession­al bodybuilde­rs, Godwin Simbarashe Mhaka is heading to Bulawayo where he is conducting an aerobics marathon at Body Works Gym city centre branch.

Harare based Mhaka, a Nabba/WFF profession­al bodybuilde­r will take the fitness enthusiast­s through a rigorous aerobics session that is open to even those who are not members of Body Works Gym.

Nathan Greenland, the Body Works Gym director confirmed that Mhaka, popularly known as GS in bodybuildi­ng circles is coming to Bulawayo for the workout session. Greenland said seeing that tomorrow is a holiday, they saw it fit to give back to the Bulawayo community as a thank you for their continued support.

“Bodyworks Gym will be hosting GS Mhaka from Harare for the first time in Bulawayo, he will be running an aerobics class. We have made this open to all as a holiday gift and we want to give back to our local community. We are inviting all members of other gyms to come and enjoy the holiday with us we will also have other instructor­s,’’ Greenland said.

According to Greenland, Mhaka has promised a good session which also presents the general public with a chance to meet and learn a lot since he is a Nabba/WFF profession­al card holder.

Mhaka is also expected give tips to Body Works Gym athletes, Kylie MacDonald, Prechard Hoko, Lovemore Munyamana, Marvelous Gandah and Zibusiso Khumalo who did well locally as well as outside the country in 2019.

“He is an outstandin­g bodybuilde­r who has a WFF pro card and competes internatio­nally so we are excited as he will also be giving out bodybuilde­rs tips for 2020 as our bodybuilde­rs compete internatio­nally.”

It certainly promises to be an exciting day for fitness fanatics with the presence of Mhaka sure to add to that exhilarati­on.
