My husband still masturbates all the time

-

MY breasts are not the same size, what could be wrong with me?

Breasts are made of mammary gland tissue and fat, and have naturally different amounts in each. For some women, the difference is more pronounced — but it’s usually a cosmetic issue. If your breasts have always been like that then there is nothing to worry about. However, if one breast suddenly becomes much larger than the other, it could indicate an infection or tumour. If that is what is happening to you, I suggest you visit your doctor.

My sex life is great but my husband still masturbates all the time. Am I not satisfying him? — Worried.

It’s important to realise that his masturbation problem is probably a lifetime habit. Many men use masturbation as much for tension release as for sexual pleasure. That said, you should think about whether this is simply a tension release exercise for him, or if he does it for sexual pleasure. If it’s the latter, you need to have an honest, tactful, unheated conversation about how this makes you feel. Try to get to the bottom of why he masturbates frequently, and then you can start to move forward. It’s important for him to be aware of the effect it’s having on you. You can try the approach of asking him how he could feel if you masturbated after sex. The goal is to get him to put himself in your shoes. Good luck.

Does the size of a man matter when it comes

I have been having sex every day with my husband and I am worried that it’s too much even though I enjoy it.

There is absolutely no need for you to worry that either or both of you will burn out. What is important is that you feel you can be honest with each other and speak out if you are not in the mood. For example, if one of you is tired or stressed out, it’s important that the other understands sex may not be on the menu that night. Otherwise, go ahead and enjoy! Sex is never too much, sex is negotiated between two people. What works for you, may not work for me. I can assure you that many women envy you.

My husband complains that he does not feel me during sex. What can I do to tighten my vagina? — Worried.

Kegel exercises greatly improve your vaginal and pelvic floor muscles. All you do is imagine the muscles you use to stop yourself mid-flow during urination. Then gently tighten and squeeze those muscles, hold for a count of two to three seconds, and repeat this 10 times. Build up over a couple weeks to 20 repetitions, twice daily. You should see an improvement in a month or so. If you find these exercises helpful, you can move onto more advanced exercises where you hold a vaginal egg or love beads, inside yourself with your vaginal muscles. There are also vaginal weights you can squeeze and hold to further build up muscle strength. Many people also find that good, old-fashioned doggy-style position naturally tightens these muscles. All these exercises have the added benefit of giving women stronger orgasms once muscle tone has improved. Invite your husband to do the exercises as well, they will not only help him identify his pelvic floor muscles, but the result will be stronger orgasms and better staying power for him.
