Experience should be the best teacher in our agro-life. The Government should target at least 75 percent success in this Command Agriculture programme. This will be an impressive pass rate. I am so saddened by the outbreak of typhoid in Harare. Harare City Council is not doing a good job. I wonder how the Mayor feels when he is driving in the city or home, seeing rubbish all over the place that he is doing nothing about.
