IT is good to have all roads worked on. My worry is that Harare, Bulawayo and other big cities contribute the most to the fund as most cars are in these areas. However, the roads are fast deteriorating because the allocation is not proportionate to the cars. Zinara must realise that these are economic hubs of the country and poor road infrastructure means an inefficient economy, thus impacting negatively on efforts to revive our economy. — Tawanda Muriwo, Harare.

Issues of mental health awareness are important and I think that people need to have more honest conversations. People should not fear going to seek help or treatment for any condition they might think they have. It is best if we identify the problem and help each other to improve. — Fungai Garwe, Mutare.

To reduce pressure on the meagre revenues that trickle into Zinara coffers, they should just give as many roads that need resurfacing to private players to tar them. They can then collect their fees through tolling. This idea of doing a piecemeal approach through Zinara will never solve the poor road network problem. — Primrose Kutenda, Marondera.

I think we now need to have financial management conversations and that it should be taught in schools. January disease can be done away with if people learn to manage their finances well throughout the year. — Donald Mpofu, Bulawayo.

Good luck to the Warriors. In terms of their preparations I am sure they are at an advanced stage. As the only southern African team go and do us proud. — Kuda Gumbo, Bindura.
