On the case of the drunk policeman. It should be interestin­g for people to know that only CCTV footage can be used as permissibl­e evidence in a legal hearing. Anything else captured through a mobile phone cannot be used as concrete evidence. This lets the alleged drunk policeman off the hook. — Ngonidzash­e, Harare.
