NicozDiamond partners Zimpost for convenience

NicozDiamond Insurance Company, one of the leading institutions in the provision of insurance services in Zimbabwe is pleased to publicise its partnership with Zimpost in the delivery of its insurance products.

THIS partnership will see increased convenience for NicozDiamond clients and stakeholders.

Traditionally NicozDiamond has offered and continues to offer insurance services directly through its offices as well as brokers and individual agents.

However after taking cognisance of customers’ heightened need for convenience and time savings, the partnership with Zimpost was born.

In the past clients, especially those domiciled in remote areas, far from the major towns and cities, have had to travel long distances and incurred additional costs in accessing insurance services.

Riding on Zimpost’s wide distribution network, NicozDiamond clients even those in remote parts of the country can now enjoy insurance services without a hassle and also benefit from the accompanying services offered by Zimpost through its one-stop-shop concept.

Complimentary services offered by Zimpost which may be of interest to the insuring public include vehicle licensing, radio licensing, motor vehicle number plates and change of vehicle ownership.

Clearly Zimpost has effectively branded itself as a one stop shop bringing marked convenience to its customers and the public.

NicozDiamond clients intending to renew their vehicle licenses at Zimpost no longer need to queue at our offices for insurance as they can get the same quality service and products at Zimpost with the additional benefit of saving time.

The partnership between NicozDiamond and Zimpost has resulted in the broadening of the NicozDiamond product distribution network as products are now available from almost all Zimpost offices country wide.

Currently NicozDiamond only has offices and branches in Harare, Bulawayo, Mutare, Masvingo, Chinhoyi and Gweru.

However, through its partnership with Zimpost, NicozDiamond clients can now access insurance products from anywhere within the country.

Agents selling valid NicozDiamond motor insurance products can be found situated within the Zimpost banking halls.

None of the agents transact outside the Zimpost premises. Hence our valued clients should make sure to avoid being swindled and tricked by individuals purporting to be selling NicozDiamond Insurance products.

Failing to buy valid insurance from approved agents may result in failure to benefit should a loss event or accident occur.
