@HeraldZimbabwe RESPONSE to “Half a billion for Command Agric”

Wonderful job indeed from Honourable VP Emmerson Mnangagwa who spearheads this progressive programme.

The Herald — Zimbabwe Response to “Tsvangirai wilts, President blossoms: Report”

It will be a landslide victory for ZANU-PF. The opposition parties will have a slim chance if they unite but from all indications they will never unite.

*** Response to “Mutambara ponders political rebound”

Mutambara is a big time ZANU-PF member, he always appears towards elections to disturb.

A fly by night politician. The last time I heard he was accused of wanting to topple a sabhuku (headman) and he failed. Thinking of taking President Mugabe head-on is insane.

The pictures of maize laden trucks delivering the commodity to the Lion’s Den GMB depot make good viewing. Presumably if GMB management is alert to its customer care responsibilities, the depot is now operating 24/7 to clear the truck queues “running into hundreds”, as per your report last week.

Zimbabwe needs to invest more in its young sports people. The U18 Women’s rugby team put on a good show at the South African Craven Week competition. They were among the best teams there but I am not sure how much support they receive, especially once they have finished high school. Well done to Old Mutual for sponsoring our Craven Week teams that went this year.

**** Response to “Middlemen ‘hijack’ GMB Mash West depots”

It is quite disconcerting that people do not want to see Government projects succeed. Why is it that people are only concerned with enriching themselves and not serving the good of the nation? We need people who are patriotic and put the interests of Zimbabwe first.

Not having water is such an inconvenience and a serious health hazard. When one looks at the massive salaries that our city fathers have been receiving and the service delivery, or lack thereof that we have been subjected to, I am almost brought to tears.

Why is it that the citizens are undervalued? Who do those who get into council think they are running council for? We need better.

Response to “Mutambara ponders political rebound”

This asylum seeker must stay put in SA, with his artificial intelligence that’s not applicable to our Zimbabwean situation. Too much schooling left this guy out of touch with reality. I think he even forgot that he is Zimbabwean. He should come to Zimbabwe as a tourist like all other Diasporans.

Just listen to the guy, when he speaks, you are left wondering what the hell, he will be trying to sound American. Zimbabwe needs simple, practical people not these rural boys that have tasted hamburgers and English breakfast.

*** Response to “Tsvangirai wilts, President blossoms: Report”

Of course the MDC-T’s “Always Speaking Person”, Obert Gutu, will rubbish this report and tell us that the MDC-T is the biggest game in town and that his boss has more support than President Mugabe.

The next day, the same biggest game in town will come out in the media begging for a coalition with other useless opposition parties because the biggest game in town does not want to face defeat alone.
