Response to “Eleven burnt beyond recognition in road crash”

The kombi was carrying 21 people, it passed through roadblock(s), crashed and killed people. What are the police doing on the roads? — @CdeChauke.

*** Oh shame, our prayers and memories are with the families who have lost their loved ones. May their souls rest in peace. — @Enchamu34.

*** Response to “Welshman Ncube bashes wife”

The only way she can withdraw the charges will be lying on behalf of the wifebasher. It’s clear she is withdrawing under duress! — @CharityMaodza.

*** So you are beating women now? We thought we had a role model in you Prof Ncube. What is going on? — @NcubeMr.

Response to “Eleven burnt beyond recognition in road crash”

The roads are bad and drivers unprofessional. I cry for my beloved country. Passengers be organised, why squeeze when the taxi is full? It’s your right to complain when the taxi, bus even the cab is full. Rest in peace those who passed away. — Tatenda Makawa.

*** Response to “Abbas says goodbye as Ronnie flies for dance with Celtic”

Though I am a DeMbare die-hard, I do wish them good luck. Let them behave like family men. — Warren Samutsa.

*** Response to “Welshman Ncube bashes wife”

More than 20 years age difference, there is always bound to be problems in such a marriage. The woman is still young and probably her interests are different from him. To try and make a 33-year-old woman to always follow the interests of her 56-yearold husband would lead to fights, suspicions and maybe infidelity in such an age gap if the husband doesn’t humble himself and understand that the wife is young. — Sansole Chikanga Munya.

Response to “President heads to Mash West”

Another successful rally in anticipation. Mobilising the youths is mobilising our future and long term political support.

ZANU-PF is here, not only to stay in power, but ensure future generations are economically empowered. Empowerment of the majority starts from the ground. The land is the ground. Our land reform will ground our economic democracy over and above the five-year ballot box ritual. — Cde Mzvinavhu.

*** “Response to “40 000 pack Lupane” This is what I love about ZANU-PF, its policies are in the open, clear, robust and people of Zimbabwe-orientated. I have tried to research for a long time what MDC stands for, manifestos and policies and failed to find any. One thing was clear, their agenda of violence or causing violence, not sure whether it’s a policy or part of their manifesto. — Kire.

*** Response to “Let’s tame traffic jungle together: Chombo”

The issue of traffic control involves several parties to be in order. Here I am referring to CVR, the police and Registrar-General’s Office to have a co-ordination that closes all loopholes. In this modern world of technology this should be easy by having a centralised system which these departments are connected to. A central database with all the details of everyone in the country including visitors will make it easy to track every individual and the assets they own like house, cars, motorbikes, caravans, trailers and their current addresses where they are kept. The CVR must ensure that every vehicle is registered. — Jemedzo.

*** Response to “Abbas says goodbye as Ronnie flies for dance with Celtic”

How does Pfumbidzai who played so well in the Champions League and plays for a club bigger than the one he is going to, have to do trials with them? I don’t understand. Good luck to all the players, the more the exposure the better. — Tambai Mese Mujairane.
